How to use this site and order products.
Welcome to our Information and Help Page.
This site is very easy to use. It consists of two main parts. The informational part of the site and the online ordering part. The informational part of the site is straight forward and can be explored by clicking the buttons on the navigation interface.
The online ordering section may require some explaination. The system used is a standard 'shopping basket' setup. This system tracks the desired products and the quantity that the shopper chooses and automatically tallies the total and sub totals of the order. The final information, once the shopper is happy, is emailed to the online store and an order is made up and dispatched to the customer just like normal ordering.
Product Sections Buttons.
When you first arrive at the store you are met with a collection of buttons. These buttons are the keys to taking you to the product sections. These buttons light up when you roll over them to help show you where you are about to go.
Product Tables.
Once you are in the desired section, ordering is easy, just browse the contents of the tables.
The tables are quite simple. They consist of five columns which clearly define the item description and it's price, which is in Australian Dollars. You would have to check the current exchange rates to get your equivilent local price.
This column allows you to view the item. If the button is green, you can click on it to reveal a picture of the product which will appear to the right of the table. If the button is red it is inactive and a picture of the product is due to appear soon.
This column describes the product. Shoppers should be extra careful here to pay close attention to various measurements associated with a product, such as length and litreage.
This column contains the price of the product in Australian Dollars. As noted above you may want to check the current exchange rates to get your equivilent local price.
This column is the one that you use to order the quantity of the products that you would like. Simply click your mouse into the small white box with the number in it and change the number to the desired amount. If you would like only one of the product leave the item as 1, and press the add button. (see below)

The add button is the final step in choosing what you would like. When you click this button a box will appear and it will ask you if you are sure that you want to add the quantity and product to your basket. Click OK if you want to proceed or cancel if you change your mind.
Shop Navigation Buttons.
Once you have browsed a table of products you have several choices that can be chosen by clicking on the buttons that appear in the table.
This button will return you to the page where you can select the product sections for further browsing.
This button will take you to the basket checking page. (see below).
This button will take you to the order check out. (see below).
Basket Checking Page.

The basket checking page is very simple. It clearly shows you which products you have ordered, how many you have ordered and their respective totals:

If you would like to remove any of the items click on the Remove link button.
If you would like to remove all of the items click on the Clear Basket button.
At this point in the ordering process if you want a copy of your order, you may want to print this page now.
Checkout Page.

The checkout page is also very simple to use. It clearly shows you which products you have ordered, how many you have ordered and their respective totals, just like the basket checking page. This page also contains fields for you to fill in relating to your details. Simply fill in these fields.

The payment options are defined after the fields. Choose which option suits you by checking the box.
These two buttons are the final stage of the ordering process. Use the submit button to send your order. Use the reset button to erase the information in the fields. This erasure will not erase your order information.
